About Us:

Our client is a large North American organization who specializes in construction and trade contracting services for large industrial and commercial projects. The local office is in Buffalo, NY and services the surrounding New York area. They offer contractor services related to construction, electrical, mechanical, civil construction, and communications and cater to all industries.

 

Position:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll, billing, union reports, AP/AR, administrative processes and any other projects or processes assigned by the Division Manager. You will also directly supervise administrative personnel.

 

Duties:

  • Manage day to day administrative duties and personnel
  • Ensure accuracy in office documentation
  • Perform ad hoc duties as necessary
  • Responsible for payroll, billing, AP/AR
  • Manage administrative staff performance and training
  • Work directly with the Division Manager on projects

 


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of office administrative experience
  • 1+ years’ of supervisory experience
  • High School Education or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail

 

 

Compensation:

  • $63,000 - $70.000+ start, based on experience, negotiable
