We provide direct support to over 200 Albertan’s annually with a range of day-supports and living options including; 24 hour supervised complex care, peer-support and independent living, senior care, brain injury survivor support, mental illness and respite care.

We are looking for a Team Leader/Disability Support Services
This position is located in St. Paul, Alberta
It would be necessary for the candidate to live within 1 hr. travel distance from St. Paul, AB.

The Team Leader is an experienced individual who provides:

  • Primary supervision to front line staff.
  • Service plans for those with more complex disabilities
  • Coordination of assessments,
  • Person-centered planning, and plan implementation.
2-3 years of Supervisory Experience who can:
  • Model and help others develop healthy relationships and positive interactions.
  • Motivate staff and co-workers in their professional growth.
  • Oversee staff assisting individuals to complete daily tasks
  • Encourage our clients with intellectual disabilities to pursue healthy living choices.
  • Assist individuals with employment, social, community, and residential environments
  • Develop person centered support plans.
  • Provide professional and timely communication to families, parents, staff, government and supervisors.
  • Mentor and lead your team by displaying a positive attitude and the ability to motivate others
You will:
  • Demonstrate skill in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those you supervise
  • Diploma or degree in the Community Disability Services field
  • Show progressive experience working with more complex disabled individuals and other specialized training
  • Demonstrate supervisory experience and organizational ability
