POSITION: COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT I
Primary Site: Stratford
Regular Part-Time
(Shifts: 12 hour shifts, days and nights, 7 days/week)

REPORTS TO: Manager, Patient Registration

DATE REQUIRED: As soon as possible

SALARY: $23.48 to $24.92 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Grade 12 education.

EXPERIENCE:
Switchboard console experience.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Data Entry, Microsoft Office and Outlook Express.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Team oriented and customer focused.
Well organized.
