Executive Assistant

Temporary Full Time (Approximately February 28, 2022 to July 3, 2022; may end sooner/be extended)

Salary: $26.389 - $32.986

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Vice Presidents and other members of the Executive Team. The Executive Assistant will be required to work with highly sensitive and confidential information from internal and external sources and must display the highest standard of diplomacy, professionalism, and initiative. This position requires a self-directed individual and must display the highest standards of trust, diplomacy, professionalism, and initiative.

 

HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.  Flexibility is required as hours may vary according to the needs of the Hospital.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related equivalent program.
  • Executive Administration Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience at the Executive Administration level, providing support to senior executives in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive professional relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, uphold confidentiality and sustain trust.
  • Ability to adapt to competing demands, while demonstrating the highest level of customer service.
  • Ability to lead event planning and coordination.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative, and problem solve with minimal direction.
  • Ability to maintain and coordinate corporate policies and procedures.
  • Advanced communication skills in both verbal and written communications.
  • Advanced computer expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Website maintenance, Time and Attendance and Purchasing Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and flexible basis.
  • Acceptable performance in alignment with STEGH’s values and code of conduct in all interactions in their role.

 

Successful candidates must provide evidence of a fully completed COVID-19 vaccination status prior to your first day of work. Any candidate entering .the facility to attend an interview will be required to provide evidence of a fully completed COVID-19 vaccination status. To be considered fully immunized, individuals need to have received their second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days earlier than the date they are arriving to an interview or to begin work at STEGH.
